We are a team of nine people—six attorneys and three legal assistants—who are focused on providing exceptional legal services for people involved in complex and important probate disputes in Connecticut.
Jean Chen is a legal assistant. She provides administrative support to everyone at the firm.
Adam Davis is a legal assistant. He provides administrative support to everyone at the firm.
Amy Kirschbaum is the firm's director of finance and administration. She manages all administrative and financial aspects of the firm with Damon Kirschbaum, the firm's managing attorney.
Damon Kirschbaum is the firm's owner and managing attorney. He practices in the area of probate law with a focus on probate disputes, including conservatorship disputes, estate disputes, power of attorney disputes, trust disputes, and other fiduciary disputes.
Sophia Muce is the firm's new client coordinator and a legal assistant. She helps people become firm clients. She also provides administrative support to everyone at the firm.
Anna-Liisa Nixon is a supervising attorney. She practices in the area of probate law with a focus on probate disputes, including conservatorship disputes, estate disputes, power of attorney disputes, trust disputes, and other fiduciary disputes.
Jade Saginor is a supervising attorney. She practices in the area of probate law with a focus on probate disputes, including conservatorship disputes, estate disputes, power of attorney disputes, trust disputes, and other fiduciary disputes.
Anthony Zingales is the firm's case management attorney. He helps Damon Kirschbaum, the managing attorney, and Anna-Liisa Nixon and Jade Saginor, the supervising attorneys, manage the firm's caseload.
